In October 2004, Luohe Beijia Bell Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. laid a foundation and was commenced and constructed in Luohe High-Tech Zone Private Industrial Park.
In June 2005, uohe Beijia Bell Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated and the production base of the company was located in National Luohe Economic and Technological Development Zone.
In December 2005, the company was affirmed as "New high-tech enterprise" in Henan and the company's products were affirmed as "new high-tech products" in Henan.
In March 2006, the company signed a memo agreement with Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (WISCO) and became the strategic partner of WISCO. The company's series products were popularized and used in WISCO.
In June 2007, four products applied by the company were accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office.
In October 2008, the laboratory of the company is affirmed as "Henan Efficient Lubricant Engineering Technology Research Center" by Henan Science and Technology Agency.
In December 2008, the "efficient lubricant" project of the company was included in National Torch Plan.
In January 2011,， the company won the honorary title of the fourth batch of innovative pilot enterprises in Henan.
In June 2011, the company was affirmed as AAA "enterprise with good-conduct on standardization".
In September 2011, the company won the honorary title of "model enterprise of scientific and technological innovation in Henan".
On February 9, 2012, the general manager of the company won the award of cooperative innovation in industry-academy-research in China.
On January 28, 2013, ，the company was licensed for the national patents for invention.
On October 28, 2013, the company signed a cooperative agreement with Sitong Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
On December 31, 2014, Henan Science and Technology Agency issued the Notice on Affirmation of Henan International Unified Labs in 2014 and published the list of Henan international unified labs passing affirmation this year. The "Special Lubricants International Unified Lab" jointly established by Beijia and America passed the expert review of Henan Science and Technology Agency and was affirmed as Henan special lubricants international unified lab. It is also the first international unified lab in the field of lubricants in Henan.
In May 2015, the company successfully passed the science and technology program project: key technical research and industrialization of new multi-purpose efficient gear oil.
On July 21, 2015,Henan Science and Technology Agency organized relevant experts to make scientific and technological achievement appraisal for the innovative technology project "Research and development of preparation process of new energy-saving hydraulic oil" completed by the company.
On November 30, 2015, Henan Beijia Lubrication Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was certified as official member of Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.
On December 9, 2015,the company successfully passed the acceptance on Henan scientific and technological cooperation project through expert review.
